Delivery Policy

When delivery starts

After your first successful payment, delivery typically begins within 1–2 hours. You will start seeing new followers and engagement soon after.

Ongoing delivery

For active subscriptions, delivery continues each month for the term of your plan. Volume depends on the plan you chose and normal platform pacing.

What counts as delivery

  • We use managed accounts operated by our team to follow and interact with your handle. These are not “real people” in the sense of organic audience; they are high-quality managed accounts.
  • Delivery is considered started once we begin sending followers/engagement to the handle you provided at checkout.

Information accuracy (required)

  • You must provide a correct and accessible account handle/URL. If you give the wrong handle and delivery goes to a different, existing account, the order is still considered fulfilled.
  • If the handle you provide does not exist, we can usually still fulfill delivery via our managed routing. If delivery cannot be started because the handle truly does not exist and no correct handle is provided within 7 days, the order may be canceled without refund.

Pauses and delays

We may rate-limit or pause delivery to maintain account safety and platform compliance. Temporary pauses do not extend or reset subscription periods.
