Public
We are able to scan any public account as long as it's under 81,000 followers.
See who unfollowed you and who doesn't follow you back. We check your followers every week and email you what changed.
Instagram doesn't confirm anyone's gender. We estimated using algorithms. Check manually.
Free check with your data file
This account is private, so we can't scan it. If it's yours, upload your Instagram data file and see who doesn't follow you back for free.
Your account is over 81,000 followers.
We can't scan the entire follower list. But we can do this for you
By uploading your Instagram data, you allow us to check the data without scanning Instagram. This gets around the 81,000 limit and lets us read your full list.

We don't know for sure. But the fact is, Instagram doesn't show it, and there's not much you can do about it.
So that's why we made the tool.

We look for people who unfollow you.

We report our findings by email.

We don't need access to your account.
The dashboard will show how many people followed and unfollowed you.
We will also show you who doesn't follow you back, in case you want to unfollow them.
We show you your mutuals, as well as your lost mutuals.

This is the account you want to track.
We start scanning your follower list, and we find and report everything interesting.
We keep scanning every week and report everything to you.
Scans are best if you want the tracking to be fully automatic and the account is public.
Files are best if you're the account owner. Maybe you have thousands of followers, so you want to save some money by switching over to the file plan.
The file also works when your account is private or has over 81,000 followers.

We are able to scan any public account as long as it's under 81,000 followers.
We can also track private accounts, but only if you're the account owner and provide the Instagram data.

Some unfollower apps ask for your Instagram login. We don't.
So if you're worried about us taking over your account, there is no way for us to do that without your password.
If you have 10 followers, you could write them down with pen and paper. Once it passes 10, it gets weird. Sadly, Instagram doesn't provide a native tool to see who unfollows you or who follows you back all at once. So the only option is a third-party tool like this one, which actually scans your profile and checks for changes instead of promising some secret access to Instagram. As long as a tool doesn't require access to your account, you're probably safe.
It's the same thing. Instagram doesn't provide a native tool for it, so the only option is a third-party tool like this one, which scans your profile and shows everyone you follow who doesn't follow you back.
Unfollowing means that they used to follow you, but don't anymore. Doesn't follow you back means that you follow them, but they never followed you.
It depends. If you haven't started tracking yet, there's nothing to calculate the unfollowers from. You need to start tracking first, so we have a baseline to track changes from. Your first scan, or your first file, only saves the list. Unfollowers show from the next one. If you already started tracking and still see nothing after the next check, it either means that nobody has unfollowed you, or Instagram is hiding them for some reason that we can't really know for sure.
Yes, but not the scan. The scan requires the account to be public. The data upload route allows you to remain private and still keep track of your followers.
It's cheaper to run for us, since all we have to do is run the math on the file itself. With scans, we have to actively pull data from Instagram, which is time consuming and expensive since it covers thousands of accounts in some cases. We understand that you might not want to give us the data, so the scan tool is available too.
No, there's no way for them to know. It's a public account, and nobody gets notified about us reading public data.
No, we don't require your password at all.
We extract the follower information from the main file and delete the rest, so it doesn't clog up our server.
Yes, we have a tool to track other people's following: the Instagram Follower Tracker.
