What it is
A small image that shows your current Instagram follower count, styled to sit on a real website. It isn’t a screenshot: the number updates by itself, so the badge on your homepage stays right without you touching it.

Questions
How often does the count update?
Every 15 minutes at most, and only when someone is actually looking at a page with the badge on it. A badge nobody views doesn't refresh, which keeps it free.
Is it really free?
Yes. No account, no card, no limit on how many sites you put it on. The badge carries a small FastSocial credit, and that's the whole deal.
Will it slow my site down?
No. It's a single small image, around 1 KB, loaded lazily. There's no script and no tracking.
Does it work with a private account?
No. The count comes from the public profile, so a private or unknown handle shows a dash instead of a number.
Can I change the look later?
Yes. Come back, pick a different style, and swap the code. The count carries over, since every style reads the same number.
Why do you ask for my website?
So the badge's credit link is set up correctly for the site it sits on. We don't publish it or show it anywhere.
