Subscription Cancellation Policy

1. How to Cancel Your Subscription

You can cancel your FastSocial subscription at any time using one of the following methods:

Important: Please allow up to 24 hours for cancellation processing. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, submit your cancellation request at least 24 hours before your next renewal date.

2. When Your Cancellation Takes Effect

When you cancel your subscription:

  • Immediate: Service delivery stops immediately upon cancellation confirmation
  • Access: You will retain access to any delivered followers and likes that were already provided
  • No Further Charges: You will not be charged for future billing cycles after cancellation is processed
  • Current Period: You will NOT receive the remaining scheduled delivery for your current billing period

3. What Happens to Your Service After Cancellation

Delivery Stops Immediately: When you cancel, we stop delivering new followers and likes right away. We cannot continue providing service without an active subscription.

No Partial Delivery: If you cancel midway through a billing cycle, you will not receive the remaining followers and likes scheduled for that period. For example:

  • If your plan includes 1,000 followers/month and you cancel after receiving 500, you will NOT receive the remaining 500
  • Service is provided on a subscription basis - we require an active subscription to continue operations
  • To receive the full amount for a billing period, keep your subscription active until the end of that period

4. Refunds After Cancellation

No Refunds: Canceling your subscription does NOT entitle you to a refund for:

  • The current billing period (even if you cancel immediately after renewal)
  • Any previous billing periods
  • Partial delivery (even if you only received part of the scheduled followers/likes)
  • The remaining service you won't receive after canceling

5. Preventing Unwanted Charges

To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle:

  • Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date
  • Check your email for cancellation confirmation
  • Note your next billing date when you first subscribe
  • Set a reminder to cancel before renewal if you don't plan to continue

Important: Once a renewal payment processes, it is non-refundable, even if you cancel immediately after. You must cancel before the renewal to avoid charges.

6. Reactivating After Cancellation

If you cancel and later want to reactivate:

  • Contact us at contact@fastsocial.co or purchase a new subscription
  • Your previous delivery history may not be restored
  • You will be charged at current pricing (prices may have changed)
  • Delivery will start fresh as a new subscription
