1. Service
FastSocial provides social proof and growth services using high-quality managed accounts operated by our team. These are not organic, self-directed users. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that delivery is performed via managed accounts and not real people.
2. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, up-to-date account details (handle/URL) and any instructions needed to deliver.
- Ensure you have the rights and permissions to request promotion of the handle you submit.
- Comply with platform terms and all applicable laws. Do not use our service for illegal or abusive activity.
3. Delivery timing
Delivery typically starts 1–2 hours after your first payment and continues monthly for active subscriptions. Pacing is adjusted for safety and platform compliance.
4. Billing and renewals
- Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel any time before the next renewal to avoid additional charges.
- Prices and features may change; we’ll honor the active term you paid for.
5. Refund policy
- No refunds once delivery has started or completed for the paid period.
- If you provide incorrect details and delivery applies to a different, existing account, the order is deemed fulfilled.
- Limited exceptions: duplicate payment or failure to start with no work performed (see Refund Policy).
6. Privacy and tracking
We share limited data with the following for advertising/analytics: Meta/Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Snapchat Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity. See our Privacy Policy for details.
7. Disclaimers
- We do not guarantee specific revenue, reach, or engagement results. Performance depends on your content, niche, and platform changes.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current subscription term.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Norway, unless another jurisdiction is required by applicable consumer law.
