3. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and placing an order with FastSocial, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the terms and conditions contained herein. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Syssel Foretak Lisitsa. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.
4. Services Description
FastSocial provides social media growth services including but not limited to followers, likes, views, and engagement for Instagram and other social media platforms. All services are delivered through high-quality managed accounts operated by our team. These are not organic, self-directed users. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept that delivery is performed via managed accounts and not real people.
Services are provided on a subscription basis with monthly recurring billing. All services are delivered digitally through automated and managed systems.
5. Purchase Terms and Conditions
Pricing: All prices are listed in US dollars (USD, $) and include applicable taxes. Prices are subject to change without notice. We will honor the active subscription term you paid for at the time of purchase.
Payment: Payment is required in full before service delivery begins. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed through secure third-party payment processors.
Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed via email upon successful payment processing.
Recurring Subscriptions: All services operate on a monthly recurring subscription model. Customers will be automatically charged monthly until the subscription is canceled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account management page or by contacting us, but cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any period for which delivery has already started or been completed.
6. Service Delivery Terms
Service delivery begins within 1–2 hours after payment confirmation for the first payment. Delivery continues monthly for active subscriptions. Delivery timeframes and pacing are adjusted for safety and platform compliance. Pacing may vary based on platform restrictions, account safety measures, and operational capacity.
What Constitutes Delivery: Delivery is considered started once we begin sending followers, likes, or engagement to the handle you provided at checkout. Any partial delivery constitutes delivery for the purposes of our refund policy.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Provide accurate, up-to-date account information (usernames, links) before placing orders. FastSocial is not responsible for services delivered to incorrect accounts due to customer-provided erroneous information.
- Ensure you have the rights and permissions to request promotion of the handle you submit.
- Maintain access to the account for which services are being delivered.
- Notify us immediately of any changes to account information that may affect delivery.
Incorrect Account Information: If you provide incorrect details and delivery applies to a different, existing account, the order is deemed fulfilled and no refund will be provided.
8. Service Usage and Compliance
Users must comply with the terms of service of the respective social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms). FastSocial is not responsible for any actions taken by social media platforms against user accounts, including but not limited to account suspension, content removal, or platform policy violations.
You agree not to use our service for illegal or abusive activity. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with all applicable laws and platform terms.
9. Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account management page or by contacting us at contact@fastsocial.co. Cancellation must be completed before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.
Effect of Cancellation: When you cancel your subscription, the delivery of followers and likes will stop immediately. We cannot continue delivering service without an active subscription plan. Followers and likes are delivered gradually over the course of each monthly billing cycle. If you cancel before the end of your current billing period, you will not receive the remaining followers or likes that were scheduled for delivery during that period. For example, if your plan includes 1,000 followers per month and you cancel halfway through the month after receiving 500 followers, you will not receive the remaining 500 followers for that billing cycle.
No Partial Delivery After Cancellation: Once you cancel, delivery stops immediately and we cannot complete the remaining delivery for the current billing period. This is because our service requires an active subscription to continue operations. If you want to receive the full amount of followers and likes for a billing period, you must wait until the end of that period before canceling.
No Refunds After Delivery Starts: All sales are final once delivery has started. Because our service begins quickly (typically within 1–2 hours) and uses operational capacity, we do not provide refunds for partially or fully delivered periods. This includes:
- No refunds once delivery has started or completed for the paid period, regardless of when you cancel.
- No refunds for cancellation requests made after a renewal has already processed.
- No refunds if you cancel after receiving any portion of the service, even if you cancel on the same day as purchase.
- No refunds for reduced results caused by content inactivity, niche limits, or platform-side changes outside our control.
Limited Refund Exceptions: Refunds may only be considered in the following limited circumstances (see our separate Refund Policy for details):
- Duplicate payment in error (verified by our payment processor).
- We failed to start delivery within 72 hours of your first payment and no work was performed.
- A genuine processing error where you were charged but no service could be provided and nothing was delivered.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and may take 5–10 business days.
10. Billing and Automatic Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis until canceled. You will be charged the subscription fee on the same date each month (or the closest business day) based on your initial purchase date.
Price Changes: Prices and features may change for new subscriptions. We will honor the active subscription term you paid for at the time of purchase. If we increase prices for existing subscriptions, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email.
Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or canceled. We are not responsible for any interruption in service due to failed payments.
No Refunds for Renewals: Once a renewal payment has been processed, it is non-refundable, even if you cancel immediately after the renewal. You must cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Customer data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR. We share limited data with the following for advertising/analytics: Meta/Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Snapchat Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the FastSocial website and in our marketing materials are the property of Syssel Foretak Lisitsa or our licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without our express written permission.
13. Disclaimers and Warranties
No Guarantees: We do not guarantee specific revenue, reach, engagement results, or follower retention. Performance depends on your content, niche, platform algorithms, and platform-side changes outside our control. Results may vary.
Service Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or platform restrictions.
Platform Changes: We are not responsible for changes made by social media platforms that may affect service delivery, including but not limited to algorithm changes, policy updates, or API restrictions.
AS IS: Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastSocial's total liability for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the current subscription term (one month's subscription fee).
We are not liable for:
- Indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.
- Damages resulting from platform actions, account suspensions, or content removal.
- Damages resulting from your failure to provide accurate account information.
- Service interruptions due to technical issues, maintenance, or platform restrictions.
This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based, including but not limited to contract, tort, negligence, or strict liability.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FastSocial, Syssel Foretak Lisitsa, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:
- Your use of our services.
- Your violation of these terms.
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including platform terms of service.
- Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
16. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance under these terms that is due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, platform outages, internet failures, or other force majeure events.
17. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to the address associated with your account or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If you do not agree to the modified terms, you must cancel your subscription and discontinue use of our services.
18. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription and access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including but not limited to:
- Violation of these terms.
- Violation of platform terms of service.
- Fraudulent or illegal activity.
- Non-payment or payment disputes.
- Abuse of our services or support team.
Upon termination, your right to use our services immediately ceases. We are not obligated to provide refunds for any remaining subscription period upon termination.
19. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or our services shall be resolved in the competent courts of Norway, unless another jurisdiction is required by applicable consumer protection law.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
20. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
21. Entire Agreement
These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Delivery Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FastSocial regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
